For approved professional display fireworks customers.
Choose this option if you are a display company, certified operator, existing customer, or organization that wants to use, sell, or distribute professional Display Fireworks. You must have either a federal magazine storage licence or an Application to Purchase signed by the AHJ where you are hosting the display, along with proof of the appropriate Fireworks Operator Certificate for the products you want to purchase.
