Shipping Information

Shipping Policy add remove

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping may be delayed due to a high volume of orders, courier issues or problems that are outside of our control. Dangerous Goods Orders (Fireworks, Sparklers, Fountains, and Smoke) cannot be shipped by air and are shipped by Ground Transportation by our company or a 3rd party delivery service.

Dangerous Goods cannot be shipped using Canada Post. Dangerous Goods may only be shipped within Canada.

Wholesale customers' shipping rates: Shipping charges will be applied and charged to your account if your order does not meet our "Minimum Order for Free Shipping" guide below.

Consumers buying at retail, simple flat rate shipping: For customers buying at retail (you do not have a wholesale account with us), we offer $35 flat rate shipping to all Provinces in Canada except for NT, NV, YK, NL where it's $75.

In-Store Pickup add remove

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Trenton, ON or Abbotsford, BC locations. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

In-store pickup hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Monday to Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order? add remove

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven't received your order within 7 days (14 days if you are located in Newfoundland) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@mysticaldistributing.com or call us at (EASTERN CANADA 1-800-756-8556 or WESTERN CANADA 1-800-563-1110) with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes add remove

If your order contains any type of Dangerous Goods (Fireworks, Sparklers, Fountains, and Smoke) it cannot be delivered to a P.O. box.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges add remove

Generally, Mystical Distributing Company Ltd. does not offer returns or exchanges on any of our dangerous goods products due to their nature. All sales are final.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at claims@mysticaldistributing.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We cannot guarantee shipping times. We do our best to ship your order as soon as possible but once it’s in the hands of the shipping company it is beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays. We will do our best to help track your shipment and resolve any issues that may arise. Please use this guide as an estimate.
