This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by,
or associated with, Facebook. You are providing your information to
Mystical Fireworks and not to Facebook. The information you provide
will only be used for Mystical Fireworks and agree to receive update
emails from Mystical Fireworks.
How to enter:
- Like our Mystical Fireworks Fan page to reveal contest details.
- Fill out the contest entry form by supplying your full name, email and phone number.
- Submit the entry form.
- One entry per day per person.
Draw:
- Runs every month.
- Draw takes place at Mystical Distributing, Trenton Ontario Office, noon on the first Monday of each month.
- Draw date may be postponed by Mystical Fireworks to compensate for Statutory holidays and unforeseen circumstances which may delay the draws from occurring on any given Monday.
- Winner will be chosen via random draw from all completed entries.
Prize: 1 (one) $100 each month
- Mystical at its option, may substitute any Prize for equal or greater value.
- Winner agrees that all prizes are being provided 'as is?, and Mystical Fireworks makes no warranty, representation or guarantee regarding any prize, including but not limited to its quality and condition.
- Winner must look solely to the Prize Supplier for any such warranties or guarantees.
- Selected entrant will be notified by email or phone. If selected entrant cannot be reached within seven (7) business days or fails to complete and return the required contest documents, he/she will forfeit the prize and an alternate entrant will be randomly selected.
- Selected entrant will be sent a form by e-mail. In order to be declared a winner, selected entrant must correctly answer the mathematical skill-testing question on the release form and the form must be signed and returned to Mystical Fireworks, releasing Mystical Fireworks from any and all claims or causes of action arising out of entrant's participation in the Contest and receipt or use of any prize, confirming compliance with the contest rules, accepting the prize as awarded and consenting to the use of his or her name, without compensation, in any future publicity carried out by Mystical Fireworks.
Eligibility:
- Contest is open to all residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority within their province of residence excluding employees, families or affiliates (or those with whom they are domiciled) of Mystical Fireworks.
General:
- Participants agree to be bound by the rules and the decisions of the judges, which shall be final on all matters relating to this contest. All entries become the property of Mystical Fireworks and none will be returned. Mystical Fireworks reserve the right to withdraw, terminate or modify this contest or any portion of this contest, or extend the deadline of this contest, at any time without prior notice.
- Mystical Fireworks assume no responsibility for lost, delayed or misdirected entries.
